Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the time of booking. If a booking was made for a slot taking place within 24 hours from the time of the booking, the booking could be cancelled and refunded only if the cancelation was within 10 minutes of making the booking, otherwise all bookings would be charged in full without refund.
